These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services offered through PivotWithConfidence.com, a platform operated by Make You Your Business, LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). The term "you" refers to any user, purchaser, or participant of our services.By accessing, booking, or using any service offered through this website, you agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Overview

The Precision Intensive is a 90-minute private coaching session delivered via Zoom. It is designed to support individuals in navigating professional misalignment, making career decisions, and building greater clarity in their work lives. Any downloadable materials or exercises provided are for your personal use only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or use this service. By using this site, you represent that you are of legal age and have the full authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials shared through the Precision Intensive, including but not limited to frameworks, exercises, and proprietary language, are owned by Make You Your Business, LLC. You are granted a non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, resale, or unauthorized sharing of any content is strictly prohibited.

4. Booking and Payments

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. All sales are final; no refunds are offered.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Your booking reserves a dedicated time slot for you. If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Please note: All Precision Intensive purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of attendance. By booking, you confirm your commitment to showing up fully for this work.

6. Confidentiality

Any personal information shared during a session is kept strictly confidential, except in circumstances where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm). You may not record or distribute any part of your session without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are educational and coaching in nature. They are not therapy, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage resulting from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress, lost income, or business interruption.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, you agree to resolve it through confidential binding arbitration in New York, NY. The prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and enforcement costs.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
